A very big Thank you to all Clubs that spent their October, November & December, delivering, selling and looking after all the customers who bought our Lions Christmas Cakes & Puddings.
I would also like to offer my sincere appreciation to you all for finalising payment of your Traditional Foods account by the due date in late January.
The Coordinator for Multiple District 201 wanted me to share a few points with you that she picked up on.
- The biggest problem is Clubs are not putting their Club name on any document given out to shops or a Lions member’s name and phone number.
- You should have all your details on any invoice or document you give to the shops etc. so they can contact you.
- If giving an Invoice, please if you can put your bank details on the form and they will pay straight into your account, that will help.
Please be aware that I’m still getting calls from people wanting to buy Lions Christmas Cakes. If your Club still has Cakes or pudding left, please let me know.
