- Encourage others by supporting and empowering them to take ownership of their duties.
- Share your Learning to make the pathway easier for others to follow.
- (I understand you get this...) Kind in mind that the so-called "MY YEAR" has passed but not your service to Lions and our communities & clubs! Remind yourself of how you felt every time you heard a PDG say "When I was DG..." or "I did this during...MY YEAR" - While these are great memories for one to have - we are here to serve our communities and fellow Lions, nothing more and nothing else.
