Global Membership Approach (GMA)

Duties / Objectives
  • As the Team Leader, You Will Set up and Liaise with your District GMA Team and organise monthly meetings within the timeframes regarding team, vision, action, and success.
  • Familiarise yourself with all GMA materials and available tools.
  • Keep documented action plans for each focus area being actioned.
  • Chair meetings with your District Team to track action planning progress.
  • Provide a GMA progress report to the District Governor and the GMA/GAT Support for the purpose of reporting to MD201 Council and LCI.
  • Ensure recruitment of adequate resources to cover all focus areas.
  • Attend other meetings as necessary pertaining to GMA.
